Applications for the basic studies of the 2023/2024 academic year can be submitted from 03.04.2023 ‒ 26.05.2023

ADMISSION INFORMATION: admission procedure for the 2023/2024 academic year

On the basis of basic education, you can learn:

DECORATOR - study period 3.5 years, study volume 210 EKAP, study form school-based

GRAPHIC DESIGN - study period 3.5 years, study volume 210 EKAP, study form school-specific

3D ARTIST-DESIGNER - study period 3.5 years, study volume 210 EKAP, study form school-based

The study begins on August 28, 2023. The study takes place Mon - Fri at 9:15 - 16:30.

Reception of documents and portfolio: April 3 - May 26, 2023 electronically in the SAIS environment (http://www.sais.ee). The results of the portfolio round and the decision on advancing to the professional exam will be announced by SAIS no later than 03.06.2023.

Documents required for application:

• portfolio
• form (located in SAIS)
• application (electronically at www.sais.ee)
• digital photo 3×4 cm (can be added to the application at SAIS)
• written consent of a parent or guardian, if the student candidate is a minor (under 18 years old), parental consent form

Based on the ranking, up to 45 candidates with the highest portfolio points from each specialization can advance to the professional exam round. The portfolio schedule is common to all specializations.

Professional exams will take place on 05.06 - 09.06.2023. The results of the professional exam and the decision on passing through the round will be sent through SAIS no later than 16.06.2023.

Based on the ranking, up to 30 candidates with the highest points from each specialization can advance to the interview round.

Conversations will take place on 19.06 - 20.06.2023. The results of the interview round and the decision on admission to the school will be announced by SAIS no later than 26.06.2023.

15 students are admitted to study as a decorator. 15 students are admitted to study design graphics on the basis of basic education. 15 students are admitted to the 3D artist-designer course based on basic education.

 
On the basis of secondary education, you can study:

STYLIST - study period 2.5 years, curriculum volume 150 EKAP, study form school-specific

GRAPHIC DESIGN - study period 2.5 years, curriculum volume 150 EKAP, study form school-specific

3D ARTIST-DESIGNER - study period 2.5 years, curriculum volume 150 EKAP, study form school-specific

The study begins on August 28, 2023. The study takes place three days a week Mon - Wed 9:15 - 16:30 (18:00) or Sun - Sat 9:15 - 16:30 (18:00) depending on the specialty. There are also weekly study periods (~5).

Acceptance of documents: April 1 - June 3, 2022 electronically in the SAIS environment (http://www.sais.ee) and exceptionally during the period May 30 - June 3, 2022 in the study building of the Tartu Art School in Tartu, Eha 41, E - R, IV floor from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
