What do we value at Tartu Art School?

• At the Tartu Art School, we value personality and cooperation equally. Our principle is to do everything ourselves and together.
• We shape skills and attitudes, and we shape the world.
• We share skills, experiences, and talents from teacher to student, student to teacher, in the community and in the world. 
• We protect each other, diversity, culture, and environment. We care and are responsible.
• We learn by making mistakes, discovering, and giving sense to things. We practice and experiment for real.

By implementing our values, we act smartly, creatively, colorfully, visibly, beautifully, boldly, effectively, and masterfully.

Additional and explanatory activities that support our goals and activities for 2022 - 2027 are:

we practice, we fail, we think, and we succeed.

Word triplets provide an opportunity to create sub-goals, the value of smaller groups and activities, which are necessary for the implementation of activities in a shorter time.

E.g., we keep together visibly; we learn by ourselves effectively, we travel together boldly, etc.

Our world is like a twin spiral, based on SELF and TOGETHER, and according to activity, time, team, and goals, values move relative to each other and fit with our activities and people.

Everyone (SELF) and the team (TOGETHER) will find purpose in these words for an appropriate period.
